PAYMENT
We accept the following payment options to suit your needs:
SG PayNow
All electronic payments are processed securely and are protected by encryption.
DELIVERY
Our products are dispatched using in-house delivery, Ninja Van or TracxLogis.
Delivery fee of SGD10 applies for orders below 150 dollars.
Free delivery for orders of any 2 pairs and above to same address.
Ordering of 2 pairs with different lengths is possible, please contact us to get the price quote.
We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.
Replacement & Returns
REPLACEMENT
Goods sold are generally not refundable for hygiene reasons.
However if you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please WhatsApp us at +65 88366255, and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.
If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out to us. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.
Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.
RETURNS
We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 7 calendar days of their delivery.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
